how do i change the item i found
i found a enchanted golden apple and when i tried to post the run it only gives me the option of the items tnt, diamond, and cake

The category doesn't exist and likely won't be added.
Edit: Forgot that this is an official category in the unofficial category extensions, as @Hashbrown1806 said, you can find the category there

Search for unofficial category extensions for bedrock edition, you'll find obtain enchanted apple in obtain item
New proof rules for top level runs
Hello Runners.
We have a new rule for all platforms, for random seed runs.
After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
