Since it is a modded version of Mario Kart Wii, even if modifications are slight and provide no advantage, I would assume it's not permitted for runs. I honestly would find it disadvantageous because loading times are much greater on CTGP Revolution. At least on my console it is.
You can turn off custom tracks and my stuff in the CTGP launch settings and it is indistinguishable from vanilla MKW in both appearance and load times.
Not saying that it should be allowed, just that you could get away with it. Plenty of runs are already up on the leaderboard using CTGP.
Twitch has recently announced that effective April 19, 2025, they will be imposing a 100-hour storage limit on Uploads and Highlights, and if surpassed, Twitch will automatically remove highlights/uploads to stay under the limit.
Going forward, all runs requiring video should be submitted with a vi
