My run got denied because I didn't have an FPS counter, but there arent any options in the settings for it. How do I enable it?

In Steam settings on Windows found in the top left after clicking Steam, find the In-Game tab and there should be a setting in there that has an in-game fps counter. Also, make sure you right-click the game and enter properties, then go into general and make sure Steam overlay is enabled. Also in OBS if you use game capture make sure to go into its properties and enable capture third-party overlays.
