Sorry I missed this! Wrap is correct - as long as we can still see what's happening (and specifically the in-game timer for ILs) you're good to go :)

Thats what I do. As long as gameplay is visible, it still will be okay, and it gats verified.
Announcement Regarding Twitch Highlight Deletion.
Twitch will be permanently deleting user highlights for every user on the platform if your total highlights exceed 100 hours on April 19th (~2.5 weeks from making this post). Update, this has been extended to May 19th.
