Just wanted to showcase that this strat is possible. For the ending part you want to basically slow down on purpose just enough so you can quickly jump over the fairies. I do this by letting go of right and then moving afterwards. (I'm also still holding the run button while this is going on btw.) Also you can actually get 345 here but my movement was slow so I messed up.

Made another ver. of this strat that happens to be easier with the inputs. So once again for the ending part you want to go at this full speed until you get relatively close to the first fairy on the ground (There may or may not be some leniency as to how far away you can be). As soon as that happens you want to jump and turn Marisa/Alice the other way (holding the jump button after you jump off the fairy just long enough so you cross the gap).
