Is there anyway to create a new category for this game? I am interested in doing a 100% Glitchless run, but all the categories allow some or any glitches to be valid.

I think 100% Japanese version is essentially this. I don't know much/anything about actual 100% runs, but the JPN is the most "true" to the way the game was meant to be played.
