Should RTA Timing be necessary for runs?
That is pretty pointless, as loads are consistent, the only thing it would do is allow 1.0 to be a viable version again, and that would probably make 1.0 the faster version. Additionally, timing loads is super tedious in a game that can't automatically time without loads. It would take the verifier(s) even longer to be able to get through runs.

Im planning to do 100% / AUM but it's too long for me to do it with RTA timing so I think that to do a run like this RTA timing should be optional.
they're talking about doing it as a TA, but the run isn't really long enough to warrant TA rules, so IMO it's not neccessary
