I don't know how either of those are for game breaking glitches or how optimized they are, but they're both old-school, short, and can be played on emulator.

Dragon Ball Taiketsu is perfect for you. It has many glitches, many people argue over how many bits, and it is the best of awful.

It is easy to play and yell at for 10 minutes.

1 is an old bad game; 2 is a recent fan sequel. Both are great speedruns; 2 is fun casually as well.
