Technically speaking, it is humanly possible. It's extremely unlikely, and will likely not happen with current strats, but technically speaking, it is humanly possible.

1P Bruncheon would help a lot having to not watch cutscenes, skipping the boss, and story moons (combined, saves around 10 seconds minimum)

It is possible to get the meat moon in Bruncheon, and then return to Lake/Wooded. Then you can collect post-meat moons upon return. What is proven impossible is skipping Wooded/Lake, Cloud, Lost, Metro, Snow and Seaside via Bruncheon
You lose time from having to go to the painting (which is slightly out of the way, though not very much so), go through it, and then warping back and going back through the painting after collecting the moons in Bruncheon. Probably loses more time than it gains.
