The Level Leaderboard is timed using the in game timer, not a real time attack. If the in game timer had milliseconds, we'd use them.

The game itself is not popular enough to add a milliseconds variable for the competitive times.

We have no plans to enable millisecs. Even if someone tie WR on full game categories.

Like mchan said this game isn't competitive enough to enable that.
