I am looking too speedrun minimum capurtes but I have not seen a guide for it I have for 2 players not 1 player can anyone help

Use hands and feet at the same time? If you're going to use CRC then just use the controller for cappy normally. Also Small ant used to run this a lot so if you can find any of his old runs that could help
