How do you quickly go into the fast rolling as done in (timestamp included)

Its spin buffering, you can que up a spin in a cutscene. then instantly ground pound into a roll.

I've posted this in a forum thread before but ill repost here.
During animation/cinematic downtime (i.e. diving, rolling, cinematics) you buffer a spin with a 720 analog input then jump, gp and roll inputs.
