How about 1 Star Rally? You get 1 star/shine in each game, time starts when you start a new save file on Mario 64 and ends when Mario finishes the star collect animation in Mario Galaxy!
maybe as a silly extension category but it sounds way too cutscene heavy and very little actual gameplay..
everybody who has even tried running any of these games could get a great time pretty easily and if you're trying to save individual frames it would be a lot of resetting and watching cutscenes as i said.
personally i would do this as a race like 2 or 3 times then never again, but fun idea!
Yes, cutscenes would take up most of the run, but they can be easily skipped. 64 can start on a 0 star file, Sunshine with peach file, and Galaxy automatically skipped them when you play as Luigi. Cutscenes wouldn’t be a problem.

@MarioMan47 it's barely a run if it just consists of the 3 stars though, it just seems too arbitrary to have it's own category.
0 star file is only possible if you get a key iirc but that would most likely not be allowed
Don't do 3 star do 15 or 30 and we already have a spreadsheet for this I can link if you guys want to run it
