I want to map some buttons in the pro controller and I would like to know if it's allowed in speedrunning?

Button mapping via system settings is an official feature, therefore it is allowed for any speedruns that you do on your switch, unless stated otherwise in the game rules. However, I haven't seen any games ban it.
