Only add trusted and active runners as moderators to a game. You shouldn't add people randomly. If you want to promote your game, I recommend making a post on the advertisement thread, which is a thread where people can post advertisements for games that they run.

This depends on what game you are running, but most games don't have the ability to make savestates. Some games may have practice mods which you can download, but there is no answer for PC games in general.

In general, time without loads means that load times are excluded from the final time. A lot of games have inconsistent loads, so in order to be fair to everyone they are removed. In the future, ask game related questions in the specific forum for that game.

Retiming runs can be done in a couple of ways. For runs uploaded to youtube, I use https://retime.mcbe.wtf For runs uploaded to twitch or another platform, I download the run and then reupload it to youtube as a private video, use retime.mcbe.wtf to retime it, and then delete the video. There might be a better way to do this but I don't know of any way to retime runs done on twitch in my browser.
