Articuno outspeeds Dragonair, but it uses Thunder Wave if Jolteon is out. So use Thunder once before switching back. | Kanga outspeeds Articuno and uses Rock Slide (for 115-136), so switch to Jolteon if you're gonna die.
Go Jolteon on Lapras if Kanga/Charizard lead, go to Electrode from Dragonair/Lapras lead. Explode with Electrode on Kanga if Jolteon still in back, otherwise it needs 2 Thunders from Electrode.
If Electrode can explode on Lapras and kill, especially from Dragonair leads, do it. Dragonair will come back out (assuming you killed), so send Articuno back in (It's 71-84 just like Lorelei's)

Zapdos speed ties Ninetales, so if switch to it while it's underground, might be best to Sky Attack so you don't waste a turn attacking while underground (does same damage) | Sky Attack is a range to OHKO Exeggutor.
