This is essentially eddaket's 2018 Omega Ruby route with lots more detailed ranges and calculations, and lots of formatting from wartab's 2019 Alpha Sapphire notes.

There are some small optimizations I added in, as well as a new Groudon section - courtsey of eddaket :)

also some dumb risky strats you can opt to do but they're pretty niche

These notes are great to use if you have never done a Pokémon Speedrun - or any speedrun - before! These use the main Any% notes I put together as the foundation, but include lots of beginner friendly changes. These include: 
- GIFs, Images, and more guidance on where to go (Thanks, wartab!)
- Additional money items are grabbed to buy extra healing items & repels
- Removal of conditional shopping
- Removal of some very niche and/or risky strats
- Notations of when to save before rough fights

Alpha Sapphire 2019 updated Mudkip route (wartab) - Any% (for beginners)

These are notes for beginners.

Differences with my regular notes:
- Lots of fights are safer at the cost of taking time fighting two addtional optional trainers.
- Lots of pictures and gifs for movement, items, etc.
- No need to track your IVs, you only need to check your stats in a couple of places.
- No shopping dependent on your stats.
- No Elite 4 Round 2
