So I recently started to like speed running soul silver a lot, I have ran soul silver a few times going by igt, because I couldn't do rng manipulation, I watched jtmagicmans video on rng manipulation () and I am always a few frames off, recently i have been getting the id "45743" several times, and i was wondering if i am really close to getting the correct id "17998" Or if I am doing something wrong. Thanks! P.s: i am using a Dsi, and using livesplit to time.

45743 is the correct frame, but you are off by 2 seconds. Add 2 seconds to the amount of time before you reset
