Tool: Penguin Diner Practice Mod

While this mod is NOT allowed for speedruns. It's still a great tool for practicing specific levels as well as locations.
Rule Change for Html5 Runs.
This post has already been made in the speedrun discord but for the sake of runners who aren't in the discord or don't want to join it. The rule change is below.
As of September 9th 2024, Html5 speedruns of Penguin Diner will now require using the following FPS monitor web extension going forward.
