From my very best estimates you can only save 1 second POSSIBLY 2 on this run but you need a no break drill or 100% melee Restarts and a flawless run into the vault and too the van having the full Running From Death and Second Wind from the moment you res till getting in the van, maybe some time could be saved downing your self in the van but would require incredible timing
