This is the route I use to do All Card runs. Since you have to get every card regardless, the primary difference between the normal and secret ending is which location you run to at the end.

Keep in mind I’ll be referencing a couple of glitches/tricks here, if you want a more detailed explanation of those I made a separate guide post talking about them.

The Route:

-Before you start your run, make sure you have an additional instance of the game launcher open so you can use it to quickly restart later in the run.

-Upon starting, run through the spawn area while collecting the left arm (martyr piece 1 of 5) and head into the forest

-Head into the left cabin to collect the cursed mask, then move towards the central cabin, collecting the right leg (2 of 5) on the way. Inside the cabin grab the shotgun, then immediately exit, grab the pistol next to the road before finally interacting with the car

-After the car ride you will be in the hallway leading to the desert, go inside the desert while making sure to have the cursed mask and pistol equipped.

-Run to the left pyramid, collecting a fortune tarot, before running back to the zone entrance. Enter and exit in order to respawn the fortune tarot, then run back and grab a second fortune card

-Equip both fortune tarots and begin farming the desert enemies. This is the most luck dependent part of the run, as you’ll need a lot of different drops, but with two fortune tarots each enemy will give three drops. On the way during your farming make sure to also collect the left leg (3 of 5), the temperance tarot from the right pyramid, and the wormhole engine from the altar (used for fast travel later). Here’s the enemy drops you’re looking for: Tarots 1-9* An additional Strength and Chariot Tarot (Optional but highly recommended) Cuirass Piercing Spear (Optional, less important) *If you have all the other items but are missing the priestess (tarot II), then you can grab one from the bathroom in the spawn area later.

-Once you’ve finished farming, head to and defeat the scarab boss (I use pistol + cursed mask + 2 strength cards). I’ve found the safest method to kill them is to shoot at them from right at the entrance to the room, then slowly inch forward while shooting them. If you move at the right speed you should be able to kill them before you finish walking over them. (you can safely just climb up onto them).

-At this point you should have Tarots 1-10 (10 is Fortune), 14 (Temperance), and 19 (The Sun). Now you want to exit the desert, then exit the hallway through the right path, picking up the right arm (4 of 5), before heading through the coastal zone, grabbing Tarot 11 (Justice) from the tower on your way to the spawn zone.

-Clip through the armory using the torso to push you in order to grab tarot 20 (Judgment), then after clipping out run to the torso’s spawn room to kill it (I use pistol + Cuirass + Judgment + Hierophant), netting tarot 16 (Tower), then grab tarot 12 (Hanged Man) from the corpse in the leftmost corner of the room.

-Next is the second set of farming, which is hopefully much shorter since you only need two tarots: 13 (Death) and 15 (Devil). You can technically also get a few other cards like Justice and Hanged Man here, but since this is later into the run I prefer to minimize the amount of luck needed. You get these from room behind the torso boss area, and the enemies are armored, so this is where the piercing spear is used (use the shotgun if you didn’t get one. the piercing has to come from your weapon since you’ll want the fortune tarots equipped to maximize drops).

-Once you’re finished farming, head back to the forest area, enter the factory and kill the daemon (I used the same setup as for the torso boss) for tarot 18 (Moon). -Next use the painting in the leftmost cabin to fast travel to the temple, where you grab the head (5 of 5), clip through the roof in order to get tarot 0 (Fool), and finally defeat the troll boss (I use pistol + cursed mask + judgment + devil) for tarot 17 (Star). -Return to the room behind the torso spawn and interact with the altar to get the last tarot you need: 21 (World).

-Once you have the World, run back to the coastal area to start unchaining the martyr. Make sure to begin loading your second game instance to save on loading times. First you interact with the altar in the coastal area, then you run inside the temple and turn in your five body parts onto the torso before quickly closing your game. -In the newly booted game instance, simply run to and complete the desired ending of your choice.

Miscellaneous Notes:

I prefer to organize my tarots in order using the rightmost twenty inventory slots, with the fool and world cards being to the left of the other twenty. This isn’t necessary, but is very helpful in making sure you aren’t missing a card.

Moving diagonally is faster than moving in a single direction, so do that wherever possible.

As often as possible, keep your best speed boosting items equipped, only taking them off for killing bosses/farming enemies

If you want to hit an enemy from far away, the spot I’ve found that typically is the most consistent is the bottom of the enemy’s model.
