As the title suggests, since GeForce Driver version 441.87, you can cap your fps for specific games. Update your driver if your version is below 441.87 (via geforce)

Then, open your Nvidia control panel, 3D settings, and choose Ori. If the game is not in the list of choice, you will have to find the .exe manually. You can then scroll down and cap your fps via the Max frame rate option, as shown below :
