They are open for 2 weeks. They go through three rounds of submissions and after the last round a schedule will be created.

So here's a Marathon route I made. This is the route I'll be using for the marathon. I can simply teleport towards the landmines towards the end of Stockyards and the Slogs blow them up for me!

Invincible lag glitch happens on an older version. Using the GOG version here:

I have been practising any% glitcless lately and I think one day I will set a PB for this category.

Too busy with fighting games lately. But Im hoping to make some serious any% Hard WR attempts by May.

Update: My game passed the first cut. I am in the survivors area.

Stawrin who is still the world record holder for any% glitchless has got an accept on Summer Games Done Quick. It's nice to see different categories being ran at different venues.

New South Wales, Australia

Nice! I didnt know he was still running the game.

New South Wales, Australia

Any% Glitchless will make its return as the dominant category :P

So I have finally been attempting 100% runs this weekend. Still not completed a run yet but I'm getting close very time I get passed the Monsaic Liines. One of the things I couldn't do whilst I was practising was the iinfinite roll glitch in the last room before the Boardroom. I know I can just teleport passed the motion sensor. I try doing the exact movements as Qwerku and rtsmarty do, but the glitch doesn't happen.

I don't know what you're doing so I don't know what you could be doing wrong. As a guess I'd say that you're not jumping, because it's not obvious from videos that you need to. When you're rolling forward, try to jump and you'll keep going forward.

Otherwise I'm not really sure, sorry.

I know its a hassle, but can we have glitchless any% and 100% times for IL runs. Everytime I see one of my runs beaten by u guys on PC its really discouraging, when its supposed to make me want to beat it. Its impossible for me (and console runners) to compete.

England

I assume this is about the Rupture Farms 100% runs? Other than the cutscene skip, it's still almost entirely glitchless. The only other glitch I can think of saves a second or two at most and is doable by console runners anyway as far as I know (the cart section). Since the cutscene is constant time, would it be better just to impose a penalty if you skip it or something? 30 seconds maybe? I don't know. The actual execution of the run should be almost identical so I don't see any value in separating the times into different categories.

I mean I'm okay with more categories, I'd just argue that the recent Rupture Farms runs should probably be put into the glitchless category anyway (maybe with a penalty) because I don't think a glitched Rupture Farms 100% category really exists at the moment. Or rather, the only glitch used is so minor that it's better to think of some other way to deal with it rather than having two almost identical categories.

Okay, so confession - I didnt actually watch the run before I made that comment. I put maybe 2 weeks grinding rupture farms 100% and I saw maybe another 10 seconds of timesave left after my final time, and couldnt believe u could shave 2 minutes without using some sort of glitch.

So thats partly me. But after watching ur run I dont see the timesave. Maybe 30 seconds. Not 2 minutes lol. Especially with the 5-7 seconds lost dying to the meat grinder + the fumble at the end. It didnt look like that much difference.

But I could be blind. What do I know, I dont have time to run this game anymore atm, not for another month at least, so I could be overreacting.

However, stuff like Sams Freefirezone IL run that is actually impossible on console should not be in the same category. That is unquestionable. And since (I think) u cant make categories for levels individually, its gotta be 1 category for all, well end up with glitchless rupture farms anyway.

This isnt 100% me salty u guys took my hard earned PB, just partly :P

Also, thats another thing. Should be be putting stuff like 'Monsaic lines' IL runs in any% or 100%? Because u dont actually progress the % of the game in a level like that and paramonia.

I know I keep saying "Ima come back guys soon blah blah". Im sorry. Ill try to get back into running this game after August. Got a big tourney coming up. There's some other speedgames I wanna work on, but I swore Id PB in at least any% before I started working on them.

Then Maybe Ill route some other categories like Easy or normal to practice for Soulstorm.

Nice to meet yall again. And same here, Shade. I'm actually gonna start practicing this game again right now. Any new tricks found during the summer?

Also, I can finally, after all these years, check out the leader boards (PS4 version), but now I see they're still not even considering my records when I know that shouldn't be the case (Like my 00:00:41 record on Free Fire Zone that's nowhere to be found even when filtering to the "my score" tab only). Is anyone else in the world going through this problem?

I notice this more when I check my best time overall for any%. Starwin should be in first place and i should be second. They may need to reset the leaderboards again to fix the timing issue.

Yeah, they reset the leaderboards for everything but the main 3 big ones. But its still glitched to hell.

It was supposed to be wiped, but ive still got all 3 of my accounts on big 3 lol.

I dont even check them on PS4 anymore lol. Theres no competition anyway, besides us and we use our own leaderboards.

Oh, it's been a month since you've asked this Samtastic, so I don't know if you figured it out by now or not, but the trick to get the Infinite Roll glitch to work is that you need to have Abe jump multiple times from a specific position before jumping off a ledge.

You ever notice when you're jumping off or towards a ledge, the game auto sweet spots Abe's jumping arch so he can either grab onto a ledge or land on the next platform properly? In that sweetspot area, that's where you need Abe to jump off of. I'll try making another vid to explain what I mean later on today.
