Walk on top of switch
Get key.
sHM to entrance.
Open door.
Throw rock on switch.
Throw torch on right switch.
Walk onto left switch.
Get necklace and sword/shield.
sHM in the middle of cutscene
Sprint to Hermit.
sRL to tent.
Save Hermit.
Get Master Key.
sHM to pier.


Tikarel.

Speak to the guys who unlock withered lands and bomb island.
sHM to pier.


Bomb island.

Go to crumbling bridge and fall down.
Bridge Puzzle.
Go to Cave.
Bridgepuzzle and sHM on 2nd push.
Walk on seams over to chest.
Get key.
Unlock door.
Hit lever.
Get goblin key.
Puzzle.
Open door to torch.
Light the Torches.
Master key.
Drop down into a hole.
sHM to room before bombs.
Push crate.
Get bombs.
sHI to pier.


Withered lands.

Bomb rockwall.
Run to spike gate. 
Caveskip.
Push down crate.
"Puzzle".
Speak to rigger.

-Here you have 2 choices:
	Safe strat:
	Push create to make a bridge
	Hit lever.

	Extremely risky strat:
	Try to get the chair besides note or get the barrel besides crate.
	Throw it up on the Lever.

Statue puzzle.
ForceSpell. (FS)
Unlock Great forest!!!!!
sHI to pier.


Great Forest:
Sprint to next area.
Key chest and FS Lever on the other side of the wall.
Unlock door.
Bridge Puzzle.
Go to caves.
Pan camera and FS Lever.
Throw bomb at crates.
Out of caves.
Bomb Key skeleton.
Unlock door.

-Here you have 2 choices.
	Safe strat:
	Get a brick and pick it up and place it ontop of owl until dead.
	
	Risky strat.
	Sprint to left corner by pillars.
	When owl comes near, sprint to left corner and out.
	Hope she gets stuck in the corner.
	Hit till dead.

FS lever from outsides the gate.


Forest temple.

Go to Crate/skeletonroom.
Open gate.
Get key.
sHM to entrance.
Unlock Door.
Go to next room. 
FS lever on left ledge.
FS lever on wooden platform.
Get key.
sHM to room entrance.
Enter to TurmosArmDoor.
sHM to other room.
walk across bridge.
FS Lever.
Push crate and jump down.
Master Key.
Climb out the ladder.
Bow.
Shoot target.
Climb up.
sHM to entrance.
Shoot target.
Climb down ladder.
sprint across spikes.
Push button behind pink stuff.
Go outside. 
Bomb floor and drop down.
Kill turmos.


Tikarel:

Get key from girl.
unlock door.
Go to caves.
exit caves.
Go to the top.
Kill Dark apostle with bombs.
Unlock southwind island and Gillfolks drop.


Southwind Island.

Hit both windmills.
sHM to beach while FScanceling.
Make your way to top of mountain.
push crate.
Go to cave.
sHM to next room.
puzzle.
enter next area.
Bridge puzzle.
Enter next area.
Push leftmost crate over slope.
drop down and walk inside crate.
Forcespell on ledge to the left.
ALL THE HONEYS.
Pick up honey and leave.
sHM to pier.
Bring honey with you on boat.


Gillfolks drop.

Shoot target.
Make your way to Gate.
Open it.
Deliver honey.
Honeyskip.
Talk to old fish.
Open fire temple.
Climb up.
Swim over gap.
Shoot target.
Go inside firecave.


Fire cave.
sHM for speed.
Toss away rock.
Puzzle.
Fire arrows on torches.
Push down crates.
FS switch on ledge.
Get key.
Drop down and push crate to make a bridge.
Unlock door.
Sprint over.
Get firespell.
sHM to entrance.
Leave.


Gillfolks drop.

Make your way to entrance.
Climb down.
Go to frozen log.
unfreeze it. 
Crate puzzle to open gate.
Unfreeze lever.
hit lever.
go inside Water temple.


Water temple.

Hop over gap.

Get weatherchicken.
sHM to pier.

Toss chicken onto ledge.
Go to well.


Well:

Get key.

Push statue.
Get checkpoint and FS switch.
FS switch on other side of the wall.
Bomb wall to Get key.
Unlock door.

Hermits island:

sHM back to pier.
Enter boat.
go to hermits island again.
Get slepingbag.

Get chair.
sHM.
Get torch.


Sky island:

sHI to pier.
Enter first house.
sHM to other house.
Puzzle.
Exit thru roof.
Unlock gates to Grand core.
Go to Caves exit.
sHM to cave entrance.
Get key.
Puzzle.
Blow generator.
Go to grand core.


Grand core.

Take passage to left.
Bomb crate.
Puzzle.
Get key.
sHM.
Unlock middle passage.
jump over and activate orb.
Showroomskip.
Unlock door.
Shield.
sHM.
Right passage.
push crate to fireblowerface.
Bomb crates and activate orbs.
Go left.
activate switch with FS
Go back and right path.
push timerswitch.
Get masterkey.
sHM to entrance.
unlock door.
Kill S. Mesmeroth.

I think this might be a few seconds faster than the warped method if you get the magic cancel during the boss intro and first try ladder skip.
