Floral Jubilation - Intended Route Guide

Floral Jubilation is the easiest obby in Obbies of Terror (as of 7/13/22). This makes the intended route section of this obby extremely optimized.

At the start of the obby, you obviously cant to the skip, it's the intended route. So you need to go to the right to legitimately play the obby.

To optimize movement, I recommend jumping as close to the edges of the platforms as possible to avoid time loss. 

After you get the pushbox and activate the flower, play the same as NMG category, because there are no more skips throughout the tower (we ignore the wallhop skip).

Speedrunning FJ and AT (Glitches)

There are a lot of misconceptions I have seen while watching people speedrun these obbies, whether on speedrun.com or in game. So here is a semi-in depth guide on how to speedrun them.

Floral Jubilation (FJ):
-As soon as you enter the obby, walk towards the base of the flower. You will find that even though you haven't delivered Package #1, you still get boosted. This is due to a glitch with how buttons work.

-Keep in mind that as long as you get to the moving cloud part at 36 or before  seconds, you will ALWAYS be on pace to get at least sub 55. (i explain why in the bullet note below this one)

-The spinning cloud part. A lot of people think it's RNG, but it's quite the opposite. The spinning cloud part works in cycles. Basically, every time a player starts the obby, for them it starts in the same place. This is why getting there at least around 55 seconds matters. This is when the cloud is in range to easily jump onto, aka it's beginning it's next cycle. That's why you can go semi-slow on the first half, because having better movement will just make you wait longer at the cloud.

-All of this means that it all comes down to the final half of the obby. Try to go as fast as possible. There aren't any skips atm, so try to do every minor timesave you can.

Adventurous Trials (AT):
-Right of the bat, always hold W when resetting, that way you don't lose any time.

-Once you are before the first bridge, you can wallhop on the poll. Turn your graphics quality all the way down, and you will notice a small area where there is Z-Fighting. You can do this at first to know where it is, but in the end it's just muscle-memory.

-After the 2nd teleporter, there is a wraparound, You can then high jump off that poll onto the top of that platform. From there you can jump down to the finale and skip an entire section.

-In the finale, there are some minor skips, but at this point you can probably just watch the WR and some other runs to figure it out.
