First of all, due to legal reasons, only the patch is included in the download but not the ROM. You need your own NTSC-U version of this game in order to apply this patch.

Extract the file and run the program. For the patch, you'll select the file in the folder that has a .xdelta ending. You'll then select your ROM and select a place where you want to export your new ROM.

After the patching is done, go to the directory where you selected to export the new ROM. Now you can play it via flashcard/Gateway or on an emulator.
