I don't think that this is a matter of him cheating... it seems to be a difference between console and emulator loading times. I have attempted to play this game on an emulator and have experienced the same issues. In my opinion, emulator should either have a separate category, or not be allowed at all.
yeah you have a point, it really shouldnt be allowed because it has really fast loading times and as shown in the video, matching his time on console would probably require getting the equivalent of a 56 in warpless on emulator

Greg just posted a video about the loading times between all of the consoles. In Any%, emulator saves 21 seconds over DS and Wii U VC saves 35 seconds over DS. This means that Wii U VC should probably be banned as well. At the very least, a separate category should be made for emulator and Wii U VC.
Do you run this game at all? I've seen some of your youtube videos but noticed that you haven't posted any times.
I do run this game, i have a 59:42 in warpless, a 27:46 in any% and 4:28:28 in 100%, going for wr in warpless and 100%, and will submit both, (not any% because it sucks) to agdq 2016
In many communities, emulator is banned if it is faster than the original console. For example: ANY N64 GAME EVER. So what do you guys think? Should we ban emulator?
One compromise might be to hide emulator runs by default. I think that's what sm64 does.
Yeah if we just keep all of the emu runs hidden and you have to enable something to see it , it would be better. I think that if theres a timeloss for playing on the original cconsole the game is released on then it would be best to hide other runs, and plus if you dont wanna get a wii u, it essentially comes down to the strength of your computer.
Earlier today, Twitch has that they are "implementing a 100 hour storage limit for Highlights & Uploads starting 4/19." There is a 2 month grace period for people with highlights on their channel to be able to download their highlig
