It would be more likely made a category if there were runs of it, so I would do a run if you want to increase the chances of it being a category. Also, none of the moderators are inactive in moderating the game as of now.

As for recording, you don't need any fancy recording equipment, simply using a phone to record video would suffice, this is what the majority of runners do.

Exactly what swimding said, record and upload a run, and if you do that we'll put it on the category extentions leaderboard. Phones and webcams are the most common way to record. My advice for the category is to minimize the number of levels you play.
