Think ruined is more likely. With bowser we’d need a new out of bounds glitch and infinite height. With ruined we’d just have to get infinite height.
Isn't there bouncy bowser skip or something with a name like that, if so, would it be possible to do a dss type movement to make your way past the 2d section.
You’d still need to get to the platform at the bottom of the 2D section (seems too far) Oh and that in the last room you can’t enter the wire without being in the bowser capture and the trigger for the ending cutscene is very high up (requiring infinite height)
With our current knowledge: Cap wire: will likely never be skipped. In order for the Odyssey to spawn in Cascade (and to like, progress the game,) you must take the wire path to the loading zone while in the capture. Ruined wire: current best theories are that if we could get an uproot into ruined somehow we could use cframe origin warps to warp to the arena (this is proven to work), or an infinite height glitch to go up. Bowser capture: Proven with infinite cap bounces and noclip, we would need to clip through some walls and have an infinite height glitch.
if we somehow had the power to spawn uproots in ruined we would most likely already be able to warp from cascade to moon or load a different scenario of cascade or some shit lol
