Level 1 is simple, no need to over explain. Only thing to note is mushrooms send you higher if your on the edge. Avoid bonking

Level 2, ok so to do this one you need to first set yourself up, hold left, tele to the flower and jump out setting yourself on the left platform letting you skip some seconds clunking around. The bubble boys are hard to read but if you do it like it was in the video you'll do finely. No skin off your teeth though if you mess it up.

Level 3, one you get to the rabbit no need to jump off just walk off and you'll be on the block, just from they though or you'll die (obviously) on the symmetrical mushrooms dont jump on the first or it'll cost you half a second-ish. No need to jump very far for the switch block since your jump can compensate.

Level 4, no new optimizations, just do good and hope for the best.

Level 5, pushing the blocks even and inch with your body is a death sentence to your run. If you cant do the cycle right just bonk with the mushrooms and that'll get your the cycle.

Level 6, no need to push the block it's a switch block for a reason. Feel free to wait after every spike the cycle is hard & the bubble boy too. Dont be afraid of the flies the flies should be afraid of you. I usually mess up at the switch block and accidentally lose seconds spamming the action button, dont be like me.

Level 7, the goal is to skip the first flower goin to the first switch plate. Than using that for a quick way back.

Level 8, again dont push, look for a good turtle cycle. You cat reset on the first check point for no unannounced bubbles but you can get by with them there. only push the tele box to half way into the background bush than use the switch block.

Level 9, the tele's are there to close distance dont be afraid to use them to cut walking time. Otherwise beat the level normally.

Level 10, once you put the block on the button wait for the bubble to almost be over the lower breakable platform. Jump on it so your both over the platform than jump off of it without dying, this should save you enough time to walk safely without interruption.

Level 11, for the right side: news flash you CAN jump over some enemies. Hit the sideways mushroom just right and you'll be over the wooden platforms.

For the left side: dont be timid, trust the cycle.

Level 12, when you hit the first pressure plate just over to the side and use the top cross instead of going under. Same thing again when it comes to the final flower just set yourself up, hold left while jumping and you'll be sent to the top wooden platform.

Level 13, nothing new with 13 just study the cycle and you'll do fine.

Level 14, since theres nothing new for the second time I'll tell you a bit about the cycle. The spike wall's come out in unequal cycles meaning while the left one comes out immediately after the right one goes down the right one takes a second. Also try looking for good spike cycle when your around :35 in the video.

Level 15, there is no strat just dont die.
