"-Emulator runs are accepted - Must be on MelonDS or DeSmuMe"

I choosed to use MelonDS, BUT, can i use the MelonDS mobile version?

Hello, yes it's 100% possible

In the mobile emulator there's a button to make the game go faster, is it allowed? (I feel like it obviously wouldn't be allowed but it's not precisely said in the rules)

I also wanted to know if somebody had searched about every different language speed and if one was faster than another as it is in many other games? If somebody know pls tell me.

J’ai testé entre l’anglais et le français et donc je pense que c’est la même chose voir que le français et légèrement plus lent (ma je pense que c’est due à une mauvaise exécution des skip)
