In Mutant Mudds Collection, there is the puzzle game called Mudd Blocks, and while it is mainly score based, there is one game mode called rescue, in which you play as granny rescuing max from a cage within the game board. I really enjoy it, and I think it could be a viable speedrunning category. It would be a misc category, but still, I hope that other people would be interested in it
like i cant say i would speedrun it but it would be funny to see people like break there heads like sm64
Yeah lol I would only get into it if it got competitive, otherwise I would leave my time at what it is now
The only problem I see is that "Mutant Mudds Collection" is technically not the same game, "Mutant Mudds" doesn't have this game mode, so technically I don't see why this game mode should be here as a category. Maybe in an other page on speedrun.com, but.. yeah..

The thing I was thinking about, is that it seems such a minor thing to have a dedicated page, as you can run the collection version of the normal game. To that extent, super challenge isn’t being run either, so idk how we want this all to work, if we want to convert this into one big page, or what.
That would work, add super challenge to it as well, when a mod sees this, I think that this would be the best solution.
yea but to add new thing like that we need at least one run. unless if there is a new part of the regular mm speedrun page.
Okay I’ll give you guys a run for Mudd blocks, but I don’t feel like super challenge sorry. I can do one tonight if we only want picture proof, but video proof I need a day or two
Since it's such a small thing, I think it would fine to add a miscellaneous category for Mudd Blocks. Besides, I don't think anyone here has any strong opinions about it.
I think Super Challenge is too big a thing to lump into this page. If anyone shows serious interest in running it, we should just get a new page for it. Until then, I wouldn't worry about it.
I know next to nothing about Mudd Blocks, but I'll make a category for the mode. Submit a run when you can. :)
