World 3 for Console/Mobile is slightly more complicated to run on PC, but only because you have to play it via emulator. Then there's Super Fancy Pants Adventure, which is the easiest to run. Just buy the game on Steam or Kartridge and you're good to go, but you'll need to spend $10 USD for this particular game.
