Why Wave 2 DLC is Banned

Put simply, wave 2 dlc is broken.  It's imbalanced beyond belief, allowing for near endless combos, obscene single move damage output, and EX modes that give too many buffs.  They break and overpower the game, and would very soon become the only characters viable for runs if this rule wasn't in place.
