So if you are level 21 and have 50 reputation, when you talk with Nibani Maesa (urshilaku wise woman) after having the first 3 trials completed, will give you dialogue to go straight to the archcannon to set up a meet with vivic, skipping having to be named horator of the houses and nerevarine of the tribes, going straight to "Horator and Nerevarine" quest. Looking up some glitches, the quest The Death of Ralen Hlaalo, you get 1K gold and a reputation point each time you click Raven Hlaalo which can be done indefinitely http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:The_Death_of_Ralen_Hlaalo. This would allow us to glitch to get 50+ reputation and however much money you'd need to abuse a master trainer. You then would go and glitch your level in Balmora at the Lucky Lockup (in front of the strider and gate) and talk to Todwendy who is a master trainer in shortblade, allowing you to train shortblade indefinitely until you reach level 21.

EDIT: This skips too much for this category, because you won't even need to do the corpus cure quest either. Right after you bring back the ring from the cavern she will tell you to go straight to the high fane to meet the archcannon to meet with vivic.
