(Folder structure for PSP should look like this -> Folder name = "ULJM050370000" -> contents = "DATA.BIN", "PARAM.SFO", "PIC1(.png)" and "ICON0(.png)". If you don't want to overwrite a specific save slot, change the last "0" in the folder name to whichever corresponding slot.)
