Tool: "wined3d.dll" + "ddraw.dll" (plugins for "DASH 2 PC")

These plugins aren't always required, but are sometimes needed in order for the PC port to run correctly on some modern hardware.
Instructions: Put both .dlls in the same directory that the game was installed. (eg. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Capcom\Dash2")
