emulators should be allowed for igt runs, since video proof is required anyway lol

When it comes to dolphin it's not just as simple as allowing emulators. Charlie and I plan on making a decision once the full IGT conversion is complete.

Item rain is part of ctgp. This is vanilla extensions. Which does make having a 200cc category placeholder a little off, but IDK with that.

The way it's worked out is the CTGP leaderboard seems more fit for custom track-based categories, while this covers odd categories for the vanilla 32 tracks.

I agree with @Schipjee, have item rain for the 32 tracks here and item rain for the custom tracks on the CTGP leaderboard.

Are you able to make an ISO category? My Wii Broke and we got rid of it so I can only play on an emulator. I'm not sure if that's possible to do though, if not that's fine.

thats kinda dumb cause thats basically just whatever you do on the normal leaderboards but better and so you would submit it there.
