Hi! As you can see, I´m new in the community, I want to submit some of my runs, but first, I want to know if there are any requirements for them to be accepted. For example, to include the timer on the video or something like that.

videos aren't required (but its common sense to have a video for wr), and you basically have to do all cups in order on 150cc.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but since we are on the topic of rules I was wondering if glitches are or are not allowed?

9_9_999 glitches are in fact allowed but you have to state whether you used them or not in the run submission.

then theres wuhu loop/wuhu island loop
neo bowser city/koopa city
