Hi Zen. My name is Brendon. I am new here and very happy to submit my runs to your Mortal Kombat leaderboard pages! I am looking to submit my runs to other website leaderboards as well which Is why I come to you with a request. as you may or may not know, there is a website called twingalaxies.com. this website has copied your rulesets for Mortal Kombat 4 and Mortal Kombat Gold. however, the tracks are locked and cannot be accessed. which means no-one can submit a run for them. I was curious to know how you felt about this. If you were ok with your rulesets being used at another website, I would like to have them unlocked. if you are not ok with this, I understand and the tracks will remain locked. I am having to ask permission from you to unlock them because the owner of Twingalaxies states that this must be done in order to unlock the tracks. If your decision is to have them unlocked, You must contact Jace Hall via email here. jace@twingalaxies.com and state that you are a moderator at speedrun.com and that you want the tracks that you moderate to be unlocked. this is the only way to do this. please grant access to these tracks if you feel that it is not disrespectful, offensive or opposing to you so that i may submit my runs to their leaderboard as well. If this cannot be done then I wish to ask you permission to become a moderator for Mortal Combat 4 and Mortal Kombat Gold Thank you.

it wasn't to resent. they have been in the TG database for probably 6 months or more but we are just now able to use them. when they were first open to us, a lot of moderators were mad about their rules being copied over so we had to shut them down. just recently like a 2 weeks ago they were opened back up but are now "locked". whenever someone tries to submit a score for them, a message appears telling the user that they have to contact speedrun.com directly through email or contact a moderator. that person must then contact Jace Hall through email. He is the owner of TG. i have tried making an evidence thread at TG so that if we have a screen shot of a moderator giving permission through a message then we could just post it there. but it didnt work. Jace responded to it and said that he has to be emailed by the moderator.

now. you said that TG's rules do not resemble the ones here. if you are looking at the MK tracks on the different platforms, then that is why. you have to look in the new category called speedruns. those tracks are identical but only when the rules were first copied on that specific date. unfortunately anytime rules are established or changed here at speedrun.com, they are not updated at TG. so there are a lot of speedrun tracks at TG that are still incomplete or broken. although asking for permission will solve that problem because the moderator can choose to not unlock the tracks that are broke and only unlock the ones that are accurate.
