Split: 100% All Items Subsplits

Splits for every item, ordered by the current WR route. Separates the splits into sections of subsplits, roughly based on the area of the map being played in or headed towards.
Switch & MSX Categories Added
Following some investigation into the recently released Switch version of the game, it became apparent that this version would need to be a separate category from PC. The main reasons for this being:
