Zenny Route

0z After selling all weapons except HH. 3120z - 480z after buying 3x pickaxes 2640z + 1500z from the village elder 4140z - 300z buying 1x Farcaster 3840z - 3000z buying 10x Scatterfish 840z - 320z buying 1x Shock trap Total = 520z

Yukumo Cooled Candy (Weakener drink)= 200z

Route

Goal: Zingy/4 Star

Prologue: Skip intro cutscene, leave the guild hall and proceed to the house to sell all equipment except the HH. Talk to the Chief to get 1500z and pick up 3 iron pick axes for 480z before leaving.

LV1 Quests

Quest: Harbringer of Terror - 5 Royal Honey (300z) Before heading out on the quest, make sure to buy a Farcaster (150z) at the peddler, and then leave for the quest. In Area 4, you'll have a chance to get iron ore for a early upgrade. Now head to area 5, after triggering the cutscene for Arzuros you'll want to grab 5 RH from either the small tree in the open or have him break the tree to the right behind the smaller tree. Before leaving, grab one wood from the fallen tree for yukumo then Use the farcaster when you get all the mats, and then deliver.

Make sure to upgrade your old yukumo HH into a normal one so your damage can stay consistent. This is a cheaper method to avoid paying 1500z vs 1000z.

Quest: Jaggi Takedown - Slay 5 Jaggis (300z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 2 -> 6 -> 8 -> 9. area 2 has one jaggi, area 6 has one jaggi, area 8 has 0 jaggis, area 9 has 3 jaggis.

Quest: Bully the Bullfango - Slay 3 Bullfango (300z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 2 -> 4 -> 5 -> 6 -> 7 -> 9 area 2 has one bullfango, area 5 has one bullfango, and area 9 has one bullfango.

Between all three quest you have a chance of getting one armor sphere drop (4%) that allows you to upgrade the attack for 1000z, and using the mats from jaggi takedown to upgrade the HH for 500z allows you to get 85 damage over the 70 you would get for 1500z purchase. If ore or sphere do not drop however this is fruitless.

Before blue bear fight, make sure to buy one LBB

¤Optional¤ select the feylne's request afterwards. Preferable trait is "Bombs Only" with Courageous, Chancy, and/or Persistent.

Urgent: Blue Bear: Arzuros - Hunt Arzuros (1200z) Drink: Weakener Going straight into the quest, head through areas 1 -> 2 -> 6. Once Arz is weak, use shock trap, and 2 tranqs for the cap.

After Blue Bear, you can proceed to use the scrap glitch with the mats gathered from the fight to generate around 20K Zenny to support the rest of the run.

LV2 Quests

Quest: No Love for Ludroth - Slay 5 Ludroth (900z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 8 -> 6 area 1 has two ludroths, area 8 has two ludroth, and area 6 has two ludroth. After the mission is over you can mine for beal ore in areas 5, 6, 8 for a chance of it dropping.

Quest: Poisonous Wroggi - Slay 10 Wroggi (900z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 7 -> 4 -> 2 -> 1 -> 7 area 1 has two wroggi, area 7 has two wroggi, area 4 has 3 wroggi, area 2 has two wroggi. Run back through previous areas to finish the quest if wroggi spawns are off. Mining spots if low or no beal from "No Love for Ludroth" are 1,3,5,6,8 after the mission is done.

At this point you should have Arzuros's HH, If not this will be a reset for sure.

Quest: Pain in the Plains - Hunt G.Jaggi (900z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 4 -> 5 that will then trigger a cutscene. Avoid capping or bomb usage as it's not needed due to Jaggi being incredibly weak already.

Quest: Forest Murmur - Hunt Bulldrome (1200z) Similiar to G.Jaggi, avoid using traps/bombs and simply slay Bull. After slaying Bull wait outside of area 5 for one minute for Ziggy to arrive, after the cutscene menu back to village.

Urgent: Dancing Qurupeco - Hunt Qurupeco (1500z) This quest is a real pain in the ass if not well-equipped. First pick up whetstone, Paintballs, and dung bombs, then proceed through areas 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 9 to trigger the cutscene. After the cutscene ends, head to area 7 before Qurupeco lands. Place LBB+ under his landing spot and use a paint to set off the bombs to not only track him if he flys, but also trigger the bombs. At this point avoid taking damage, aim for the head for max DPS, and use dung bombs to keep G.Jaggi out. Make sure to have a trap and tranqs at this point.

LV3 Quests

Quest: Toxic Troublemaker - Hunt G.Wroggi (1500z) Before heading out to area 10, you can choose to grab antidotes and meds if you choose to play safe against the poison. Proceed to fight Wroggi similar to Jaggi, just bare in mind to avoid poison clouds if possible. Bombing is optional, while capping isn't needed unless you're confident and well-stocked.

At this point make sure to have pitfall traps for these upcoming fights to save time/hassle. You can also consider on getting Felynes in this part of the run, though as of now they're still up in the air on effectiveness.

Quest: Leading the Charge! - Hunt Barroth (1500z) Drink: Weakener This monster is a nightmare for impact based weapons. It only takes 5 hits to the head for Barroth, so aim for the arms to deal the most damage to the monster as oppose to hitting the head after the KO. For consistent fights with this guy, use 6xLBB+/3xSBB then use 2xLBB with a pitfall for easy cap.

Quest: The Snowbound Slider - Hunt Lagombi (1500z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 2. Make sure to grab hot drinks to avoid stamina issues. Depending on how your LBB+ stocks are fairing, using 4 LBB+ isn't a bad idea to speed up this fight since Lagombi can waste large amounts of time if he isn't cooperating.

Quest: Current Events - Hunt Royal Ludroth (1500z) Proceed to area 10, aim for the head as usually and kill the minions if you plan on using the bombs right away. Beyond that treat the fight as usual.

Urgent: Queen Dancing in the Mountain - Hunt Rathian (3000z) Drink: Weakener Proceed to area 8 to trigger the cutscene. Similar to Qurupeco, aim for the head and stay between it's feet. If possible use bounce bombs, and LBBs to deal damage faster if needed.

LV4 Quests

Quest: Sleep Traps - Hunt G.Baggi (1500z) Proceed to area 3 to trigger the cutscene. Treat this fight like both Wroggi, and Jaggi. Though to speed it up use bombs, and cap. If you're using felynes, they can help you out if you get hit with the sleep status effect.

Quest: Sand Table Manners - Hunt Nibelsnarf (2700z) Drink: Weakener Proceed from camp shortcut into areas 7 -> 10 to trigger the cutscene. This fight can be easily done if you use slayer's bomb strat of placing two LBBs+ on top of nibel, and force him into a stagger lock. This requires you to have gear ready, and menuing to be fast as you'll need to keep bombing and combining to keep him in place.

Quest: The Creeping Venom - Hunt Gigginox (2700z) Drink: Weakener Proceed through areas 1 -> 8 -> 4 to trigger cutscene.

Quest: Walk 'N' Roll - Hunt Volvidon (2400z) Proceed through areas 1 -> 3 -> 8 areas to trigger the cutscene. When you get to area you can plant two free LBBs+ on him, and treat the fight like Blue bear, and Lamgobi. Much easier then lamgobi.

¤Optional¤ Before this fight make sure to have two felynes you get for free tag along. The damage they provide while small compared to bombing is still viable. They also can flinch him out of his rage allow you to have an easier time with the monster.

Urgent Quest: Howl at the Moon - Hunt Zinogre Drink: Weakener Final fight in the game, make sure to have bombs/traps ready for this one. Proceed to areas 1 -> 4 -> 7 to trigger the cutscene.
