In Order To Clear Full Game (Not 100%) You need to Clear All Quests in 1 to 5 stars (Red Clear) Only MH1 & G Wii ETC. can Skip Those stars levels to Monoblos Quest In G PS2 you cant skip those stars levels You can Unlock Bonus Quest for Monoblos in 4 Star but You still need to Clear all 4 stars in order to Unlock 5 stars (Monoblos is Consider Only Bonus Quest) True Final Boss of The Run is Plesioth in 5 Stars (Super Real Run Killer & Hardest)

Bonus Quests Like Monoblos Diablos Fufu Etc. almost of them you need to Get One Part Of Armors Condition of Some Monster or Bug Armor (MHG Game FAQ Book Guide) in Order to unlock those Bonus Quests (Except Monoblos) even Clear all Weapons Test Missions in Your save file to Unlock Lao Shenlon as Last Bonus Quest for 100%(Impossible)
