The run starts once you get teleported to the training level 1 area. The run ends once you hit the finish flag at the end of training level 3.

At the end of training level 1, hold down right, this is because you spawn in the middle of the lobby, so once you move right you will be at the training level section.

At the end of training level 2 hold backwards.
