Mouse% would be that you try to beat Minecraft random seed glitchless, but only using mouse buttons, so no keyboard or anything else than your mouse. This would include: Scrollwheel Up, Scrollwheel Down, Scrollwheel press, Left click and Right click. Looking around would be okay, and you can rebind as many things as you want, but only one action per button.

normaly, left and right click normaly, to run consistently prob walk forward with scroll press, and then jump with some of the scroll directions and open inventory with the other, and thats it
quite a challenge to play like that
