Almost 2 weeks ago, I submitted a 16:27 run of 1.19 All Wood Logs. I'll admit, it was a terrible run but I was proud enough at the time to submit it. This was during the period where I hardwired myself to click "Cheats: On" before runs (in which I still do), so that setting was obviously on for that run. I always had this enabled to play a little game with myself to guess how far the closest mangrove was if I lost to one.

A week and a half later, that run got VERIFIED. By then, the world record had lowered. I was challenging myself to see how low I could push my personal best up and see if I could get a world record. Around 10 hours ago I finally did it, achieving 7:45; beating the current record of 8:12. I still had enabled the cheats button, of course. I submitted this run and 2 hours ago... BOTH of my runs (WR & leaderboard run) have been removed for the reason being I enabled cheats.

I am wondering if there is any possible way I could prove my legitimacy despite this. I have raw footage of previous sessions and my WR session. If not, that's fine and I'll try to do more sessions and get at least top 3.

Why would you enable cheats tho lol

Sorry man. Getting a wr is impressive but whenever you enable cheats before the end of a run it cant be verified because the mods can check for tampering or something during the run using the world files.

that isnt the only way to enable cheats. if you really want to do your "guessing game," hit esc, open to LAN, then click cheats on. this can be done at the END of the run, not before.

while i feel bad for you, its kinda all your own fault.

rather than discussing if they should be allowed or not, it seem kinda stupid and hypocrite in some way that some runs get rejected for a reason and others out of absolute randomness lol
if the first run he did happened to be rejected for that reason in first place, it wouldn't have been a problem
