I was looking and the "destroy a tree" category and the #1 run seemed very suspicious. I took a closer look at the run and I'm pretty sure he speed up the video and edited in the sounds. I made a short video explaining why I think he is cheating

The more faster your pc is, the faster the block blinks. Also he does break a grass block. It maybe autoclick but none of the reasons you gave
