I've seen runs that skip the cutscene right when Max falls into the pool and can continue the game no problem. Everytime I try to skip it, it softlocks me inside the elevator. Does anyone have a solution for it?

Lower graphics it's helps someone, or pause / unpause game then elevator loaded
