How to see the images

Orange lines represent travel routes, yellow circles represent quests to complete, landmarks to acquire, etc. Dashed lines represent fast travel.

The image is split into sections to avoid over-complexity. As a rule, the end and beginning points between images coincide, but some fast-travel and event-based movements are omitted.

In addition, the images are captured after the completion of the game, so there may be a mixture of items that are not acquired or appear at that point in time.

Tutorial

After exiting the sewers, continue north while going through the tutorial. Move so that the Whipshot tutorial begins just as you reach the beach.

To the cave

Bite jump is the fastest way to move when you are a baby. Once you get the nutrition box, continue north and take a short cut over the land. Once you reach the cave, you will get the Tiger Body, which you must equip.

Fawtick Bayou North

After obtaining the last landmark on the stage, use fast travel to return to the cave. If fast travel is not available, return to the main menu and resume. (The same applies for future fast travel.)

Fawtick Bayou South

When you return to the cave, you will evolve and become a child generation. After this, use dodging movement (Q, E keys) to move around.

When you reach the cave of Caviar Key beyond the gate, equip the protein digestion.

To the cave of Prosperity Sand

Be aware that if you are attacked by a marlin or swordfish, you may die instantly. It is safer to move in a direction that crosses in front of the marlin or swordfish.

When you reach the Cave of Prosperity Sand, enhance the Tiger Body to Tier 2.

To the Golden Shore Cave

Again, continue to be on the lookout for marlin and swordfish. After arriving at the cave, fast travel back to Prosperity Sand.

Tour of Prosperity Sand Landmarks

The Shadow Tail, a landmark reward at Prosperity Sand, is important on this route. Collect the landmarks in the area to acquire the Shadow Tail.

There is a nutrition box near the path, but you should ignore it as it does not provide much experience at this point.

The long straight line to the last landmark will take about 18-19 dodging movements on the water to arrive almost directly above the landmark.

After retrieving the last landmark in the south, return to the cave. At this point, raise Tiger Body to Tier 3.

To the gate at Dead Horse Lake

It is faster to move on the water to get to the last landmark.

There are few prey to hit the switch around the sluice gate, so you should catch a human on a boat on the way. After catching the humans, be careful not to swing the camera too much or they will eat them on the way.

To the cave at Dead Horse Lake

Landmark rewards at Dead Horse Lake are also very important, so move to the cave while acquiring landmarks and other items along the way.

Eastern part of Dead Horse Lake

After completing the grouper hunting quest, immediately return to the main menu and move to the cave. There is no need to wait for fast travel because the time zone needs to be reset to noon for the route that follows.

Western Dead Horse Lake

The northern human hunting quest can be completed faster during daylight hours because the humans are on the water. It is more efficient to sink three boats after whip-shotting the humans on the water.

After finishing the human hunting quest, start the hunter battle directly. Raise your infamy to rank 3 to gain mineral digestion. When waiting for hunter reinforcements, prey on hunters whenever possible to gain experience.

Finally, when you return to the cave, change and enhance your equipment to the following configuration:

Dead Horse Lake Apex Predator Battle

Defeat the apex predator of Dead Horse Lake. After the cutscene, if there is a tortoise nearby, catch it and whip-shot it at the apex predator. When you hit the apex predator, it will be frightened for a long time, so you can attack it at once to shorten the time to defeat it.

After defeating the apex predator, use fast travel to return to the cave immediately before the meat pieces appear. If you can move before the meat pieces appear, you can safely eat the meat pieces as they appear in the cave. This technique reduces the risk of being targeted by enemies in the area and not being able to fast travel, rather than eating the meat pieces on the spot after defeating the apex predator.

To the end of Dead Horse Lake

Raise the infamy rank to 5 here. While calling for hunters, finish the human hunting quest on the islet. Again, eat as many hunters as possible to gain experience.

Wait in front of the quest spot because you cannot start the last quest until the hunter you are searching for disappears. If you accidentally attack a boat, the time until the hunter disappears will increase, so wait quietly.

Return to Fawtick Bayou

Since you have already visited the Golden Shore caves, the quest has appeared in Fawtick Bayou. You will move to Fawtick Bayou as soon as Episode 4 begins.

You should have reached level 10 at this point, so change and enhance your equipment as below:

Catfish can be killed at high speed by shooting poison bullets from the surface. If you shoot poison bullets while the catfish is highlighted, you will get a strong aim compensation and easily hit the catfish.

After defeating the apex predator, fast travel to Golden Shore immediately.

Golden Shore

First, take the route 1 to circle the area. The last fast travel will not be successful, so return to the main menu to return to the cave.

Before departing on route 2, enhance your equipment as below:

Mako has an unusually high evasion rate, so assume that bite attacks will not hit mako. Shadow tail's poison bullets are not evaded, so the key to defeating it quickly is to shoot poison bullets aggressively.

To the cave of Sapphire Bay

There is nothing on the normal route, so head to the cave through the sewers, acquiring landmarks and nutrition boxes along the way.

The blue line along the way is the part where you have to go under the ground. There is a gap in the ground at the exit of the dirt pipe, so you can easily get under the ground by twisting your body into it. The last nutrition box in this section must be obtained from under the ground, but you can reduce the risk of popping up to the ground by applying a electric shock attack to acquire it.

Once you reach the cave, raise the protein digestion and mineral digestion to tier 5.

Northern Sapphire Bay

Finally, after taking the two nutrition boxes in the underground cave, fast travel back to the cave. At this point, if protein and mineral digestion have not been enhanced to tier 5, be sure to do so. If you enhance them here, you will not have enough experience, so be aware that you will gain more experience somewhere else in the future.

Southern part of Sapphire Bay

The last landmark on the route is later than the apex predator, but you will fight the apex predator after acquiring this landmark. This is because you will be in range of the apex predator cutscene before you start the human hunting quest, so if you fight it immediately after the human hunting quest, you will be fighting the hunter at the same time near the surface of the water. To distance yourself from the hunter and attract the apex predator, acquire landmarks first.

After the Pete fight, you will be returned to the caves of Sapphire Bay. Since we have acquired fat digestion, you will enhance it to tier 5 and then fast travel to the caves of Prosperity Sand. After this, protein and fat will be used to enhance Shadow Teeth and Bioelectric Fins as soon as they are accumulated.

Southern part of Prosperity Sand

As all experience-enhancing equipment is equipped, and you can acquire the nutritional crates that you left behind on your previous visit.

The last human hunting quest will be completed after you finish the other quests because humans are placed in a large area of the coast. If you eat 3 to 5 humans targeted by the quest here, you will reduce the risk of running out of experience when it comes time for evolution later on.

Western part of the Gulf

Once you finish the southern part of the Prosperity Sand, head directly south to capture the western part of the Gulf area. The Gulf Coast is the last area, but it is a very large area, so you should capture part of the Gulf Coast ahead of time at this time when you can gain area achievement and experience efficiently.

If you return to the cave after defeating the fishing boats, you will just reach level 20 and evolve. In case you do not have enough experience, you should prey on the humans from the human hunting quest right in front of you as you exit the cave to gain experience.

Do not forget to acquire the Caviar Key license plate. If you miss it, it will take more time elsewhere to complete the Caviar Key achievement.

First half of Caviar Key

In the turtle hunting quest, target low-level turtles whenever possible. If you attack a level 10 turtle, you can use a whip shot to hit another turtle to speed things up a bit.

Second half of Caviar Key

After the apex predator fight, move from the human hunting quest to the hunter fight to raise your infamy rank to 6. Don't get too close to the south wall, as hunter boats may appear outside the stadium.

Central part of the Gulf

Before leaving the cave, equip the bone head and enhance it to tier 5.

When hunting hammerhead sharks, be careful not to engage sperm whales in battle.

Eastern part of the Gulf

On the final hammerhead shark hunt, do not involve extra hammerhead sharks for fast travel back to the cave.

the Gulf Apex Predator Battle

You should reach level 30 just after defeating the Gulf Apex Predator. In case you don't have enough experience, complete the quest between the cave and the cave to reach level 30.

Last boss fight

Change the equipment as below:

The first phase of the Pete fight is to destroy the rear shark shield with torpedoes, then attack from behind the ship with bites and dodging movement body hits. Once the cage is destroyed and reinforcements arrive, skip the second phase and attack Pete's ship directly.
