Hi! My name is Bruno and this is my first guide to Speedrun. My goal is to help other Speedrunners.

Session One - Training Area (Tutorial)

The training area has several quick and precise movements. I will detail each one of them.

  • When the character appears on the screen, Dash to the other character who will start teaching you the spells/moves. This saves little time. But it is essential.

  • .When you start fireballing, just throw a small ball and a large fireball [7.74s]

{Fireballs have three stages. Small, medium and large. (Regarding special moves). So in the first stage of the special fireball, you can already attack}

  • After that, you will start the wind attacks. This part is very quick and simple. When you attack with a wind attack, you automatically click on the screen (behind the character). And the shield will appear more quickly. [12.17s]

  • Now we enter a simple but complex part. Electric strikes work "differently". When you are done with the wind blows session, take a few steps back. This is for the other character to interact with you and get the electric strike session started. After the interaction, take a few steps forward and an electric blow to the training dolls. After that you can quickly return and start the second training session. [14.29s]

After all these sessions, the other Npc will create a "barrier" where you can only pass using electrical Magic. When the Npc goes to the other side of the barrier, you don't have to move. You can just click and go directly to the other side of the barrier. [25.97s]

Second Training Session

In this session, you learn to draw the spells that you will use in the game. (But in this Run, you only use two of them).

After you pass the barrier, you do not have to wait for the Npc to speak the spells you must make/draw.

The order I recommend of the spells are :

  • Explosive Magic

  • Wind Magic (Giant's Magic)

  • Electric Magic (Lightning Magic)

  • After drawing the Explosive Magic, you must wait until the magic animation ends. [32.22s]

After finishing the Explosive Magic animation, you can consequently draw the Wind Magic (Giant's Magic).

After drawing the Wind Magic, you can find a pixel where you stand while the wind magic animation is going on.

I recommend holding the analog stick up. Towards one of the training dummies. [57.56s]

After the wind magic animation ends, the moment you return to normal form, you can draw Electric Magic.

While the Electric Magic animation happens, click as fast as possible on the screen to use the magic in a faster way. [1m:07:33s]

After that, Cutscene will happen and you will go to the boat battle.
